AEG LOC (M) SDN BHD guarantees Digital Lock product from any manufacturing defects for a
period of twenty-four (24) months. Digital Safe Box / Cabinet Lock / Fingerprint pad lock product from any manufacturing defects for a period of Twelve (12) months. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the broken unit
at our discretion (refer terms & conditions). This warranty does not provide coverage for lost or destroyed Digital Door Locks. This warranty is void if altered in anyway.

1. AEG LOC (M) SDN BHD will provide Two Years Warranty for digital lock and One Year Warranty for safe box/ cabinet lock / fingerprint lock to customers from the initial date of install or purchase.
2. In order to obtain the Two Years Warranty, customer must use AEG LOC (M) SDN BHD certified installers for product installation and keep with the official Invoice for inspection during warranty service.

3. General & Exclusions:
A. Products which are NOT installed by AEG LOC (M) SDN BHD certified installers.
B. External parts and accessories, including but not limited to handles, outer panels, keypads, decorative covers and other external components, unless otherwise stated in writing.
C. Misuse of the product, repair or modification by unapproved personnel, negligence, accident or natural calamities.
D. Cosmetic damage, including peeling paint, coating deterioration, scratches, fading, discolouration, oxidation and corrosion.
E. Damage caused by the use of chemicals, corrosive substances, unsuitable cleaning agents, improper cleaning methods or failure to follow the product care instructions.

4. For battery leaking issue will not under warranty.

5. Transportation and related service costs shall be borne by the customer where the service is not covered under warranty. For approved warranty claims, applicable transportation costs shall be handled in accordance with AEG LOC (M) SDN BHD’s warranty policy and applicable law.

6. Please retain with the Purchase Invoice / Receipt issued by the dealer during warranty services.

7. If the information recorded do not match with that on Purchase Invoice / Receipt issued by the dealer,warranty service will not be provided. This Warranty will be voided if it is altered in anyway.

8. This Warranty is valid for Malaysia only.
